Dr. Katz will review your existing blood chemistry reports or recommend new testing. Data is entered into a Functional Nutrition interface and the resulting report will determine likely imbalances and offer nutritional recommendations. This service includes a 15-minute Telehealth session with Dr. Katz to fine-tune the recommendations, using your DNA.

NOTE: Dr. Katz will spend 15 minutes offline for report analysis and blood work review. A $25 report generation fee is also included in the price.
